We cater events large and small--from backyard parties to company events with the truck and the full crew. We are fully licensed and insured.

Pricing

Our standard price is $14/person (plus applicable taxes) for tacos,quesadillas, burritos and fajitas and two hours of serving time. Our minimum is $800 (weekdays) and $1000 (weekends) (plus tax). For events outside of Wake and Durham counties, we have a travel/gas surcharge of $2/mile.

Menu options

The Regular

- Tacos and quesadillas with 5 meat options:

- Asada (seasoned grilled steak)

- Al pastor (guajillo marinated pork)

- Carnitas (pan-fried pork)

- Chorizo (spicy Mex. sausage)

- Pollo (seasoned chicken breast and thigh)

And a veggie option:

- Veggies (sautéed mushrooms, peppers, onions, cheese, and avocado)

All tacos are topped with cilantro and onion and self-serve homemade salsas (fresh avocado-tomatillo salsa and spicy chipotle salsa).

Tex-Mex Style

Spanish rice, meat, and bean taco bowls. Served with cilantro, onion, and salsas as above.
